All new customers receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. You will not be charged unless you choose to continue with a paid subscription after the trial period ends.

Subscription Cancellations

  • Access retained until period ends
  • No prorated refunds for partial months

Annual

  • Cancel at any time from your dashboard
  • Cancellation at end of annual period
  • No prorated refunds for unused months
  • Monthly plan recommended if uncertain

Refund Eligibility

When we issue refunds

Service Unavailability

Extended outages (48+ consecutive hours) may qualify for prorated service credits.

Billing Errors

Incorrect charges will receive a full refund for the erroneous amount.

First Payment — 7-Day Window

Cancellation within 7 days of your first payment may qualify for a discretionary refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

Case-by-case consideration for extraordinary situations at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom development or integration work
Third-party services or hardware

How to Request a Refund

Service Credits

An alternative to cash refunds

In some cases we may offer service credits instead of a cash refund. Credits:

  • Can be applied to any future billing period
  • Are non-transferable and account-specific
  • Expire after 12 months if unused
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

Downgrades

Switching to a lower plan

Downgrade takes effect at your next billing date
No refunds are issued for the current billing period
You retain higher-tier features until the change takes effect
